Thanks to all that posted that they were getting these writings. I will continue to share. This is what I did ysterday. Our first planting for 2026. They are pansies.

HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY to you all.  We are warm at 56F(14C) as our high today.  It is still cloudy at 9:00 AM in Dougherty.  Waiting for that sun to come out.  I see blue sky, so hope it is soon.  Now the temperature and the sun is like this.  I must watch and open doors to keep the temperature at a growing stage.  NOT too cold, not too hot.  It reminds me of having milking cows growing up.  We had to watch them milk twice a day, so going anywhere depended on the time and what we had to do with the cows. Must watch it all.
 
Australia family and friends for their Sunday Feb 15 will have a high of 79F(26C0 Looks like their week, the temperature will be getting warmer, and they have chances of rain. Stay cool, stay safe. 
 
Thank you for all posting that you got yesterday’s writing.  Good to see.  With that I will keep up with the daily writing.  Today I am just posting a picture of our first planting of the season 2026.  Like so many growers, we are all starting to plant.  The flats are of pansies.  In a couple of weeks, I will take another picture of them.  They will grow.  Thanks again for letting me know that Facebook is still getting you my posts.
