All the plants look great, lots of color and ready to go into the gardens. Our selection has been awesome and still is looking good with lots of watering with all this heat. BUT what I have been telling is that we have planted the plants, grow them, and take care of them. But the Lord has blessed them with all that he does. I am just the messenger, caretaker of his work. I found this devotion that says it all. Thank you Lord for all you have done for us.
"Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established." Proverbs 16:3
I dedicate myself to being an instrument of God's Blessing.
God, when I am doing my best work, I am using the wisdom, talents and abilities that You have given me. SO my prayer is that I never overlook the importance of what I do or an opportunity to do my best I have something worthwhile to give and so does everyone else.
God, if I am not already in the place where I can do the best for my human family, the animal and plant kingdom, and the planet, I trust You will lead me to the place where I can.
I may never know just how much I have helped another of Your creations by being loving, thoughtful and caring, but I don't need to know. As I let Your spirit work through me, I not only add to the quality of my life, but I support the sacredness of all life as well. Amen
