November 2021 to October 2022
Winter will be colder and drier than normal, on average, with the coldest periods in mid- and late December, early and late January, and early to mid-February. Snowfall will be below normal in the north and above normal in central and southern areas. The snowiest periods will be in late December, early January, and mid-February. April and May will be warmer and drier than normal. Summer will be hotter and rainier than normal, with the hottest periods in early and late June and early to mid-July. September and October will be slightly warmer and rainier than normal.
