Question: Is it true that you should always serve red wine at room temperature and white wine chilled? A question this time, not a riddle....
I should be posting each day to let you know what we have here. BUT have been busy getting the plants out and customers here. So instead of writing today I am going to just post pictures. Answer: Yes, generally speaking. Red wine contains some natural acids that are not in white wine and can mask the wine’s natural grape flavor if it is chilled. The reason we chill white wine is that it is more refreshing chilled, but some types taste just as good at room temperature.
