So for us here in the States it is the start of Labor Day weekend. For us the last hurrah before fall begins, harvest and all that goes with getting ready for winter. It is cool this morning, but then on Sunday we are to hit 86 degrees with higher humidity. BUT by Tuesday only 58 degrees. Fall like, summer like, and then fall like...it is Iowa and will change again. I am working on canning tomatoes, making peach ice cream topping for the ice cream social and just working at home. I know soon I will have to work on the plants to winter over for next year. LOTS of succulents to repot, and make into containers for next year. BUT it is good to have the stock here to do that. All of you enjoy the weekend, and here we go SEPTEMBER. Larry's sister and husband are here and leaving soon to go back home. They live in and around Melbourne Australia. It has been a great time to have them here and they have been with their dad a lot and that is good. Summer is the time for visitors and soon that will be pass too. Again enjoy the weekend and be safe. Till next time this is Becky Litterer from Becky's Greenhouse, Dougherty, Iowa
