2nd post of the day What is the name of this flower?

2nd posting for today what is the name of this perennial?  

​Good afternoon…. 
Watering, cleaning, planting.  My perfect day to work with the plants.   I am always asked when I will quit.  When these jobs aren't a joy anymore and just work then that will be the sign.  I still enjoy out of growing and trying new things.   The Lord has blessed us so we can enjoy planting and the plants he has grown for us.
One gardener told me she love pictures of guess what this flower is?  So here we go another plant to see what it is.  I have posted a picture of a holly hock, and the second picture was a delphinium.
What is this flower?
